You can enter the engraved text into the box. If it is still not possible to provide the engraving as you want, you can order the product without engraving and write us an e-mail. letter with a more detailed explanation and sample photos. 

Then we will prepare and send the mock-up to you and start the production after your approval.

Here are some helpful tips from us on how to care for and maintain your Jacob Colinn jewelry:

• Avoid putting lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty product directly on your jewelry.
  Tip: You can put on jewelry after spraying perfume.
• Jewelry should be stored away from direct sunlight and heat, in a protective (lined) jewelry box.
• We recommend removing your jewelry before bathing, showering or swimming in a pool
  or ocean to keep it shiny for longer.
• Remove your jewelry pieces before going to bed to avoid any accidents that may cause
  damage to the pieces.
•  Clean your jewelry after each use and occasionally wipe with soft cloth.

After confirming the order, we will send the jewelry within 1-2 WD. If the jewelry will take longer to be produced, we will inform you about this by e-mail.
