All money transfers are managed by listed payment service providers. Jacob Colinn does not collect any banking information. Credit / debit card payments are processed by Cardinity, a payment institution that takes care of secure payments using strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so no other people except your bank can access the information.
To get a discount, you can use valid discount codes. Click on the icon “My shopping Basket” in the right corner of the page to find the order information. At the website bottom you can find “I have discount code” section, click on it to enter the code and submit your order. The coupon code will not be available if you wish to use it after you have made the order.
All our products are custom-made. Their production takes 1-2 working days. The products are immediately shipped after production.

Return of quality goods
If the products are not what you expected, you can return them. Good quality, undamaged and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized items, i.e. products engraved according to the buyer's personal wishes (according to the CC, Article 6.22810, part 2). You will have to cover the return costs with your own funds or return them to us free of charge at the studio in Kaunas.
Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been damaged, lost their appearance, been used, or no longer have their original packaging.
In order to exchange or return goods, we recommend informing us about it by e-mail info@jacobcolinn.com with your order number to identify your order.
When sending goods back to us, be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the package. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write down all the information on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the package.
Refunds for goods are made by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the written report of the cancellation of the sales contract. If the money has not reached your bank account after the specified time, please contact us.
Return of defective goods
If you notice that the item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@jacobcolinn.com. Explain the situation. If the defect is visible, please attach several photos that clearly show it. Don't forget to write the order number to identify the order. After assessing the situation, an appropriate decision will be made and an answer regarding further actions will be sent to you within 2 working days.
In the case of manufacturing errors, defects, personalized bracelets and jewelry (engraved according to the personal wishes of the buyer) are repaired or replaced with new ones, but not exchanged for money.

Jacob Colinn is not responsible for errors made by the buyer by ordering the wrong engraving. This rule does not apply if the product was badly engraved due to our fault.
Jacob Colinn is not responsible for incorrect resizing and may refuse to resize goods if the return form is not attached to the package or is incorrectly filled out.
We inform you that if you are not satisfied with our decision, you can contact us in writing (by e-mail) and submit your requirements, no later than within 3 months from the submission of our decision. Your request will be examined and a detailed response will be provided within 14 days. If the problem cannot be solved, according to Article 6.2287 of the CC point 16, you have the right to apply to VVTAT (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, address: Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt), to the institution in your country or to the court. You can submit requests or complaints on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
If you would like to change the size of the bracelet or jewelry you received, please contact us by email info@jacobcolinn.com within 14 days of receipt of goods. Note that the product should be free of usage marks, preferably with the package unopened.
- Enlarging the Classic and Endless bracelet costs € 7, as new straps are used, size reduction is free. If you want, you can easily repair the bracelet at home, see the instructions.
- Modern bracelet resizing is provided free of charge.
- Jewelry resizing is provided free of charge.
In all cases of resizing, the buyer pays for the shipping (in both directions).
When sending goods for resizing be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write all the information by hand on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the shipment.
Jacob Colinn is not responsible for the incorrectly changed size and may refuse to change the size of the goods if the return form is not included in the shipment or it is filled in incorrectly.
If you have not received your order on time, please contact us at info@jacobcolinn.com and let us know as soon as possible. In your email, please provide your name, surname and order number. Please note that you are responsible for the correct delivery address.
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear. If the damage is caused by improper wearing and maintenance of the bracelet or jewelry, the warranty does not apply.
