Note: If you want to order two bracelets but different sizes, please create one bracelet first, put it in the cart, and then create the second one. Choose the jewelry you like, its color, size, write the engraving text or characters (when creating engraved necklaces) and add it to the shopping cart. cart. Classic No. 2 collection bracelets
We make Classic No. 2 bracelets in one size, so you don't have to choose it when ordering. After receiving the bracelet, you can easily adjust the size according to your wrist.
Classic and Endless collection bracelets
It is very important to measure the exact size of the wrist because the size of the bracelet is unregulated. See instructions for measuring your wrist and choosing the right size. If the wrist size matches two sizes, we recommend that you choose a bigger one. If you do not find the right size or want a larger bracelet, please contact us and we will make the right bracelet for you.
Modern collection bracelets
If the wrist volume is up to 17 cm, we recommend choose a smaller size. If the wrist volume is more than 17 cm, we recommend choose a larger size. Larger bracelet size fits up to 20 cm wrist size. The size of a modern model bracelet can be changed according to the needs - the strap has several holes that allow a slight change of bracelet size.
Motion collection bracelets
Motion bracelets come in two sizes. Measure your wrist circumference and select the appropriate size. If the wrist volume is up to 17 cm, we recommend choosing a smaller size. If the wrist volume is more than 17 cm, we recommend choosing a larger size. The size of the Motion bracelet is adjustable, so it easily adapts the wrist.
Rings
To choose the right ring size, use the size chart provided next to each ring.
Yes, you can engrave on both sides of the Classic and Endless bracelet ring.However, note that the engraving on the inside may be unsymmetrical in relation to the outside and may be slightly hidden under the straps due to the fact that the ring rotates and is strapped on both sides differently.The engraving on the inside is only visible to you.
Contact our customer service department in the contact section as soon as possible so we can change or cancel your order before it is sent. Be sure to write your order number in the email.
Click on shopping cart icon in the right corner of the page and you will find information about your order. At the bottom of the website you can find “I have discount code” section, click on it to enter the code and continue placing your order.
After ordering and making a payment, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. It is important that the email address you provided is correct. If you haven't received a message, check the spam box. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us before submitting a new order to verify that your order is on our system.
Usually, jewelry and bracelets production take 1 business day. Implementation of individual engraving ideas may take longer (2-3 business days). Bracelets and jewelry are shipped only after they are made. You will receive a confirmation email when your order will be shipped.
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Delivery can take a little longer than delivery table shows because shipping to other countries of the world can delay the goods a little longer because of customs.
Contact us if you have not received your item within the time limit. Be sure to let us know your order information.
You can easily change the size of the Classic No. 2 bracelet by yourself. You just need to remove the clasp, cut the straps according to your wrist size and put the clasp back on.
To resize other bracelets, please contact us and we will provide you with an address where you can return the item. Note that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, preferably the packaging should be unopened. We should be informed about any changes within 14 days of delivery.
If you want to increase the size of a Classic or Endless bracelet, you will need to pay an extra € 7. Bracelet size reduction is free. If you wish, you can easily resize the bracelet at home, see the instructions.
If you ordered the wrong size of a Modern bracelet, the size change is free of charge.
In all cases of bracelet resizing, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
When sending goods for resizing, please be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write all the information in writing on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the shipment.
If the products are not what you expected, you can return them. Good quality, undamaged and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized items, i.e. products engraved according to the buyer's personal wishes (according to the CC, Article 6.22810, part 2). You will have to cover the return costs with your own funds or return them to us free of charge at the studio in Kaunas.
In order to exchange or return goods, we recommend informing us about it by e-mail info@jacobcolinn.com with your order number to identify your order.
When sending goods back to us, be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the package. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write down all the information on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the package.
Refunds for goods are made by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the written report of the cancellation of the sales contract. If the money has not reached your bank account after the specified time, please contact us.
If you notice that the item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@jacobcolinn.com. Explain the situation. If the defect is visible, please attach several photos that clearly show it. Don't forget to write the order number to identify the order. After assessing the situation, an appropriate decision will be made and an answer regarding further actions will be sent to you within 2 working days.
In the case of manufacturing errors, defects, personalized bracelets and jewelry (engraved according to the personal wishes of the buyer) are repaired or replaced with new ones, but not exchanged for money.

Yes, you can buy a gift card. Available gift card amounts: 20 €, 40 €, 60 € and 100 €.
The gift card is valid for all bracelets, jewelry and other accessories, including discounted items.
Gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you order goods for less than the amount indicated on the gift card, the money will not be refunded. When ordering goods for a larger amount than the gift card, the difference is paid by the buyer at the time of purchase.
If the gift card has not been used within its validity period, the service is deemed to have been provided. Unused gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not exchangeable for money.

Yes, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear. If the damage is caused by improper wearing and maintenance of the bracelet or jewelry, the warranty does not apply.

Yes, we can engrave whatever you want!
When you select the bracelet you want, you will see the note "Got your idea? Click here." When an additional box appears, you will be able to describe your idea and attach a photo or picture to help us better understand your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact customer service. Also, if we have any additional questions about your engraving idea, we will contact you.
Note: it can take longer to make the bracelet according to your individual engraving idea (+ 2-3 business days).
If the size of Jacob Colinn rings does not fit, you can send them to us (paying for return shipping) and we will change them to the right size for you. - Avoid putting lotion, hairspray, perfume, or any other beauty product directly on your jewelry.
