Shipping policy

After order confirmation, the order is shipped within 1-2 WD. In exceptional cases, when the jewelry will take longer to be produced, we will inform you about this by e-mail. During sales and holidays, the number of orders increases, so production and delivery times may be longer.

 

In the European Union, goods are sent in the following ways:

1. Registered Lithuanian Post – the parcel will reach you within 6-8 business days. The cost of the service is 7 euros.
2. DHL express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 2-3 business days. The cost of the service is 26 euros.
3. FedEx express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 3-4 business days. The cost of the service is 22 euros.

 

In the European region, goods are sent in the following ways:

1. Registered Lithuanian Post – the parcel will reach you within 6-8 business days. The cost of the service is 12 EUR.
2. DHL express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 2-3 business days. The cost of the service is 28 EUR.
3. FedEx express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 3-4 business days. The cost of the service is 24 EUR.

 

Goods are sent to other regions in the following ways:
1. Registered Lithuanian Post – the parcel will reach you within 8-20 business days. The cost of the service is 15 EUR.
2. DHL express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 3-6 business days. The cost of the service: 40 EUR (USA, Canada), 58 EUR (Africa, Asia, Australia).
3. FedEx express – the parcel will be delivered to your home, workplace or other address convenient for you, at a pre-agreed time, within 3-6 business days. The cost of the service: 36 EUR (USA, Canada), 52 EUR (Africa, Asia, Australia).

*Jewelry is not sent to Iceland, because precious metals and gemstones are on the list of prohibited items (for sending to Iceland).

 

In all shipping cases, we require the recipient's exact name, surname, address and phone number.
